Do you have a dvd or blu ray disc that won't play?
* Try using window cleaner or rubbing alcohol and
either a paper
towl or soft cloth to clean the surface of the disc.
* If the disc is cracked, has an RFID tag that is
loose, or is somehow otherwise
damaged and still won't play, you can report the problem
on our Contact
Us
page. When the disc is returned to the kiosk and an
inspection of damages
has occurred, your account will be credited for the
rental.
